The Union County Foundation is now seeking qualified candidates for the full-time position of Executive Director — an opportunity beginning in April, 2022 when its longtime leader
retires. As the face of the 501c3 organization in the community, the Executive Director serves in roles ranging from fundraising, financial management, grant allocation and office administration.
The Foundation’s current assets of $20 million include 121 named funds.
Successful candidates should be Union County residents and have strong communication abilities, a track record of successfully developing donors (both individuals and businesses), excellent
organizational skills, a thorough understanding of nonprofit financial management and a compelling commitment to the philanthropic sector for the betterment of the community. Compensation will be
commensurate with experience and qualifications.
