Inspired by Jim Novak’s lifelong example of community service, the Novak Family Fund was established to support charitable projects and organizations dedicated to serving, giving, and actively caring for others. Jim had a profound love for his community and believed we are each called to do what we can to help those in need.
To honor that belief, the fund prioritizes organizations that mobilize volunteers to fulfill their mission. We believe there is no greater tribute to Jim than supporting those who give their time and heart to others. Managed through the Union County Foundation, the fund provides vital grants to local projects and efforts dedicated to the betterment of our community and the people in our community.
